1 - 1028 london wyeast
6 oz - chinook 14.3% aa (boil)
2 oz - tettnang 4.8% aa (8 min)
2 oz - tettnang 4.8% aa (2 min)

9:10 mash starts in 185°F water
9:40 mash at 165°F
10:10 sparge starts with 185°F water
10:30 mash at 150°F
11:00 sparge ends, mash at 152°F
11:05 boil starts at 143°F
11:35 hot break ends
12:35 boil ends
12:37 wort chill starts
12:45 wort chill ends
1:25 all cleaned up
