1 - 1028 london wyeast
6 oz - chinook 14.3% aa (boil)
2 oz - tettnang 4.8% aa (8 min)
2 oz - tettnang 4.8% aa (2 min)
      
Brew schedule
11:00 start heating mash/sparge water
11:30 mash starts at 154°F in 178°F water
12:30 sparge starts with 181°F water
mash at 148°F
1:30 sparge ends, mash at 142°F
1:40 boil starts at 130°F
2:15 hot break ends
3:15 boil ends
3:16 wort chill starts
3:25 wort chill ends
4:07 all cleaned up
