8:05 start heating mash/sparge water
8:30 mash starts at 170°F in 179°F water
9:30 sparge starts with 185°F water
mash at 160°F
10:30 sparge ends, mash at 147°F
10:45 hot break ends
11:00 boiling hops added
12:00 boil ends
12:14 wort chill starts
12:35 wort chill ends
12:45 all cleaned up
