1 lb - 70°L crystal
2 - 1084 irish ale wyeast
12 oz - from hamiltons (boil)
1 oz - cascade 8.0% aa (10 min)
1 oz - cascade 8.0% aa (2 min)

10:30 start heating strike water (9.5 gal)
11:00 mash starts - mash: 150°F
strike water: 166°F
12:10 mash ends - mash: 148°F
12:35 sparge starts - mash: 166°F
water: 176°F
12:55 sparge ends - mash: 167°F
water 168°F (8.5 gals added)
1:10 hot break ends
2:10 boil ends
3:00 all cleaned up
